The Code of Quality Service

HORNER also subscribes to a CODE OF QUALITY SERVICE.
Posters detailing our CODE OF QUALITY SERVICE are found
throughout the warehouse and office areas and each new
employee receives a booklet containing an explanation
of the ten principles. These principles are designed
to be used with each customer contact. The posters remind
us all that our prime focus should be on satisfying the
customer. Read the booklet, apply the principles and
we will very definitely offer QUALITY SERVICE.
