Last month I updated my five (5) year old system with your digital unit. I happened to be home when Shawn and Tino came
to do the installation which afforded me the opportunity to see first hand why your company excels in the pool accessory industry. Shawn is the epitome of the “Team Horner” approach to service. He did not just replace the old unit but he identified
and eliminated unnecessary switches and wiring. Tino was doing his “Apprenticeship” and Shawn’s patient explanation

Crystal at HX Manasota did a super thing this week. I got a call from a desperate Pilot customer in Punta Gorda who had plumbing cracks from the storm last week. I asked a solar company in that area to help him out, but when the company did not call or
return the customer’s calls, Crystal grabbed a pool guy, Chad from Elegant Waters in North Port and, by the end of the day he was on his way there.
Another reason why I love being a team member.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how impressed I am with your company.
I have had the pleasure of ordering products from your Sarasota Branch, and pleasurable it always is—starting with the person who answers the phone right through to the delivery person that drives your very attractive trucks. We sold one of your
heat pumps to one of our harder-to-handle customers. Phil Dill came down to meet us at our customer’s house and was exceptional. He explained everything to our customer, going above beyond with information. We then needed technical support with salt
systems. At that time, Phil Dill and Crystal Corbat came in at 7:00 AM and were just fantastic. They covered the Pool Pilot operation and helped my pool service technicians tremendously. Crystal has been of help to me on a number of occasions.
So many times we hear only of the “bad” things. I wanted to let you know, and I have the feeling you already know, that Crystal and Phil are definite assets to you.

I am a new Florida resident and a first time pool owner. Recently I had a problem with one of your Chlorine generating systems. Today your field service representative Ms. Julie Simpson arrived to fix the problem. I was very impressed by her knowledge

Renny Nava in the warehouse and Dana in Customer Service saved me a couple of hundred dollars today by getting me a filter part from a stock item and sending it to me today as I needed it immediately. The replacement part was 5 to 7 days away and I could
not leave the pool alone that long.
